The brand with the four rings is preparing to launch more than 20 new models by the year 2025, of which more than 10 will be electric. The first will be the Q6 e-tron and will mark the inauguration of the in-house battery assembly facility at the Ingolstadt headquarters.
The Audi Q6 e-tron prototype is based on the new Premium Electric Platform (PPE) and will allow the use of an 800v electrical system, which is what most brands use. This vehicle is now undergoing cold tests in northern Europe and the released photos already show some of its shapes. When released, it will be available in both SUV and Sportback versions. Release date was not shared.
