Official presentation of the all-electric KIA EV9

Kia has finally revealed better official images of the exterior and interior design of the Kia EV9, it's the brands first three-row electric flagship SUV that will spark the "company's journey towards becoming a sustainable mobility solutions provider".

The design is very different from what we are used to seeing in this type of vehicle, which is a very positive point for the Korean brand. The front features vertical headlamps, the so-called Digital Tiger Face and Digital Pattern Lighting Grille. At the rear we see elements very similar to those found at the front with simple and clean lines. Another focal point are the rear lights with a similar shape of those found at the front.

Kia's Electric Global Modular Platform (E-GMP) guarantees a very generous wheelbase, which is then reflected in the space available to the occupants in the 3 rows of seats. Available in 6 or 7 seater versions, the KIA EV9 allows the first and second row seats to recline almost completely to provide a good rest while the vehicle is charging. The second row seats also rotate 180 degrees for better and easier interaction with those in the last row.

The digital experience is ensured through two 12.3-inch touch screens integrated with one 5-inch segment display.

Although not much information has been revealed, we now know that the technical details and the start of sales will be announced at the end of March.
