Here are the first pictures of the latest addition to the Black Series models. In them we can see a new aerodynamic package with carbon fiber components such as the front splitter, the large rear diffuser, side skirts and arch extensions. This widens the front of the car by 13 mm and the rear by 26 mm, while the 21-inch lightweight forged alloy wheels increase track by 20 and 24 mm.
The use of carbon fiber and other weight saving measures like the use of a titanium exhaust system, lighter seats plus others also means the car is now lighter by 70kg, dropping to 1550kg.
In the engine bay Mercedes upgraded the water and oil cooling, ECU, camshafts and air intake, this means the 6.2litre V8 now produces 622bhp and 635Nm and does 0 to 100km/h in 3,6sec with an average consumption of 13,7 liters each 100 km.
In the Black Series we now have has standard carbon ceramic brakes, adaptive sports suspension, an electronic locking differential and launch control.
