Seems Fiat wants to base their entire range of cars on the 500. The Italian car manufacturer has the 500, 500C, 500L and 500L Trekking, with the 500L Living being the latest addition to Fiat's car lineup. There is also a few rumors that we might even get a 500 SUV and that the Punto replacement could be a larger version of the small 500.
Fiat describes this new vehicle as having "all the charm of the 500, the agility of a city-car, as compact as a mid-size car, the comfort and contents of a C-segment station wagon or saloon, the space and the versatility of an MPV", but i prefer to said it's a bigger 500.
So what is really new in this car that is 4350mm long, 1780mm wide and 1670mm high? Well, it now has a third row of seats, meaning it has room for seven, and has a boot with room for a volume of 638 liters.
When it is released, you will be able to choose between a 1.4 liter petrol engine with 95PS (94bhp or 70kW), a turbocharged 0.9 liter petrol unit that produces 105PS (104bhp or 77kW), and two turbodiesels; a 1.6 MultiJet II with 105PS (104bhp or 77kW) and a 1.3 MultiJet II with 85PS (84bhp or 63kW).
It will be available with two trim levels, Pop Star and Lounge, with 5 or seven seats, 19 body colours, 11 two-tone combinations, 6 interior trims and 15 different alloy wheels and hub caps. Starting from July you can order the new 500L Living that will be built at Kragujevac, Serbia.
