The new Kona Electric offers improved performance, increased driving range, and a host of new features that make it an attractive option for consumers looking to make the switch to electric vehicles.
One of the most significant improvements in the Kona (Kauai) Electric is the increased driving range, which has been extended up to 490km (305 miles) on a single charge, thanks to a larger 65,4-kWh battery pack. This range is more than enough for most daily commutes and weekend trips, making it a practical option for families and individuals alike.

Other highlights are the active air flaps and frunk storage (27liters). The space in the boot/trunk has a very acceptable 466 liters.
The interior of the vehicle has also been updated with new materials and features, including a dual 12.3-inch panoramic display screens, Digital Key 2 Touch, full Over-the-Air (OTA) updates and Connected Car Navigation Cockpit (ccNC).
Safety features are also a top priority in the Kona Electric, with a host of advanced driver assistance systems, including Level 2 autonomous driving, Forward Collision Avoidance Assist (FCA), Blind-spot View Monitor (BVM), Remote Smart Parking Assist (RSPA) and Driver Status Monitor (DSM).
