A bold statement, but that's exactly what Volkswagen promises. A fully electric model with the space of the current Golf for the price of the Polo, with a range of up to 450km (WLTP). Here's the ID. 2all.
Based on the improved MEB modular platform (MEB Entry), the ID. 2all will be the first vehicle with only front-wheel drive. VW did not share many details but revealed that this model should have an electric motor with 166kW (226PS), will be able to reach 160km/h of maximum speed and reach 100km/h in less than 7 seconds.
On the outside, we have the debut of a new design language for the brand's electric vehicles, while on the inside, we have an evolution of current models. In addition, and to confirm what was said about the interior space, this car has 490 litres of space in the boot.
If all goes as expected, this ID2 will hit the market in 2025 for a starting price of less than €25.000.
