BMW announced yesterday that it joined Pininfarina in creating this unique model, called Gran Lusso Coupe, and that it will show it to the global public on 24 May, during the 2013 Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este. Accompanying this announcement, BMW revealed three teasers, that don't really show a lot of the car.
As with the BMW Coupé Zagato at last year's edition, this new car will be the only one to be produced. It joins in the same car, the style, elegance and Italian exclusivity, with the characteristics found in a car from the German brand, such as the "long wheelbase, stretched bonnet, short overhangs and a set-back greenhouse with smoothly sloping roofline". And all of that is powered by a V12 engine.
The interior, also has a blend of contemporary elegance and luxury, meaning the Gran Lusso Coupé will have an exclusive feel, while keeping the traditional BMW driver focused environment.
