Toyota reveals a little more of the Yaris Hybrid-R concept

Toyota confirms what we already knew. The special hybrid car that is going to be shown at the Frankfurt Motor Show is based on the Yaris. I am almost certain this car won't be produced, but the technology used in it might find its way into a production model, possibly the new Supra, but that is unknown for now.

Nissan Terrano returns. It's a clone of the Dacia Duster

Back in June, Nissan announced they were going to bring back the Terrano and that it was going to be based on the Renault/Dacia Duster. This is done thanks to the partnership between Renault and Nissan, allowing the Japanese company to save a lot of money in the development of such a car.

Lexus teases a new car. Could this be the RC?

The Lexus RC and RC-F have been caught testing on several occasions in recent weeks, indicating a presentation is getting nearer, and with this teaser i am sure we will see it next month at the Frankfurt Motor Show. For those who aren't aware of this, the RC is the coupe version of the Lexus IS.

And here it is, the 300PS Volkswagen Golf R

This didn't take long. One day after Volkswagen showed the first teaser, the new Golf R gets its official reveal. And it is a little bit disappointing. I know Volkswagen has a very conservative approach to their cars, but the new R is in the top of the range in the Golf lineup and deserved a more aggressive styling. But i will let you comment on the darkened LED headlamps and tail lights, redesigned bumpers, and the new 18-inch wheels (with optional 19-inch wheels).
