Are these sketches of the next-generation Mercedes Viano?


A German blog obtained two sketches, allegedly from Daimler, of what the next-generation Mercedes-Benz Viano will look like. In them we can see how the exterior and interior will be, and that the Viano will resemble some of the more recent models, like the A-Class and the Citan.

Lamborghini unveils the Gallardo LP 570-4 Squadra Corse


When we were all waiting to see a replacement for the Gallardo, which is supposed to be called Cabrera, Lamborghini decides to reveal a new, and possibly last version of the Gallardo called LP 570-4 Squadra Corse. This new car is based on the Gallardo Super Trofeo race car, while the name "Squadra Corse" refers to the division within Lamborghini’s R&D department dedicated to motorsports.

Suzuki teases the iV-4 Compact SUV concept. Will bring it to Frankfurt [Video]


Suzuki is well known for making small and cheap SUVs, but their lineup needs an update. This concept will gives us a hint on how future cars from Suzuki will look like, but for now it will only generate a new model, and what better place to show it than the Frankfurt Motor Show.

Honda teases the Civic Tourer. Will show it at the Frankfurt Motor Show [Video]


This is unusual. Honda is announcing a new damper system that will have its premiere on the Civic Tourer, so they took this opportunity to show a little more of this new model. The only problem is that Honda decided to show it with camouflage, meaning they ended up showing almost nothing. I just hope is looks like the concept.

Here's the car with which Citroen will participate in the WTCC. It's the C-Elysée


We already knew Citroen was going to participate in next year's World Touring Car Championship (WTCC), they even announced it last month, but until now we all thought it would be the DS3 that was going to take in this series since we saw it being tested. Now, it seems that isn't true, Citroen will use the C-Elysée instead.

Will Citroen reveal a new and cheaper SUV? AutoJournal thinks so


Yesterday, French car magazine AutoJournal, started teasing a picture of what Citroen will soon introduce as a really cheap SUV, possibly aimed at the Dacia Duster. This vehicle is clearly inspired by the C-Cactus concept shown at the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show, meaning that Citroen needed six years to reveal the production version.

Official: First images of the 2014 Seat Leon ST


The Spanish brand had announced that it would present this new version of the Seat Leon tomorrow, July 23, but as usual, the first images appeared one day before, spoiling the surprise or possibly creating a bigger excitement. Nothing much is known but the ST (sports tourer) version of the Leon looks better than I thought.

Mercedes and AMG just revealed what they call the "most powerful high-performance saloon in the luxury segment", a car that, according to the German brand, will set new standards in terms of driving dynamics, lightweight construction and efficiency. Seems like someone at Skoda wasn't happy with their current lineup, so they decided to close the gap between the Skoda Fabia and the Skoda Octavia, and bring to the world the Rapid Spaceback. Skoda started teasing this model a few weeks ago, and at the time, we all thought it was the RS version of the Rapid but it ended up being the A3 version of the Czech company.

This small concept wants to join together the performance of the DS3 Racing with the advantages of having the cabrio version. And it does, because it is just 25kg heavier than the hatchback, meaning it still is fast and agile, but you can still take a stroll along the sea while looking at the stars.

Could this be the new Skoda Rapid RS?


Back in May, Skoda revealed the Rapid SPORT concept, a car that served to preview the sportier version of the Rapid. Yesterday, Skoda posted in their Facebook page one image teasing a new version of the Rapid, that, most likely, will have its premiere at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show in September.

The Opel Monza, which was the coupe version of the Senator, was built in the 70 and 80s, and achieved a large success. Today, Opel teased for the first time the Opel Monza concept, a car that shows us the evolution of the German brand design philosophy, and still has a few similarities between them, such as their large, glazed surfaces and low belt-line.

Opel/Vauxhall Insignia Country Tourer is the last family member to get a refresh


Opel has put the finishing touches on the Insignia Country Tourer and introduced it to the world today. The public presentation, on the other hand, is scheduled to take place at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September, with prices and equipment details being revealed together with the world premiere in Frankfurt.

Next-generation Mini caught "naked" during an official photo shoot


The new generation of the Mini should be presented and shown to the public at the Frankfurt Motor Show, in September, but it seems someone was hiding in a pretty good spot and took this photos for us to see. In them we see a yellow Cooper S, another Cooper S, this time painted in gray, and what seems to be a regular Mini in red and white.

Lamborghini prepares the Gallardo replacement [Spy]


The Lamborghini Gallardo was first introduced in 2003, meaning that is on the market for 10 years, so it is time to replace it. It has been said that this new car will be named Cabrera (in my opinion, it is too similar to Carrera), but we still had not seen any test mules on the road, until today.

BMW 4-Series revealed. Still waiting for BMW to make it official


The BMW 4-Series, which is replacing the previous 3-Series coupe, was revealed today by BMW and is ready to rival the Audi A5 and the Mercedes C-Class coupe. The public presentation is still scheduled for the Frankfurt Motor Show in September with sales starting the following month.

Electric Volkswagen up! gains an "e" before the name. e-up!


Even though sales of electric cars are smaller than was predicted, car companies continue to present fully electric models. This time it was Volkswagen that brought to the Annual Press and Investors Conference in Wolfsburg their first fully electric production vehicle, the five-door e-up!.
